JIGSAW AW15 PRESS DAY…

jigsawpressdayheader

Just off of the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street, hides the hidden gem ‘Duke St Emporium’ – Sister store to the Shop at Bluebird on the King’s Road. Grab a coffee, flick through Kinfolk magazine and then try on EVERYTHING. My kind of shop!

However, I’m not here to try on the current Spring/Summer collection. I’m here to get a sneak peek at the new A/W collection that starts to hit stores in August. Let me tell you now before you scroll straight to the pictures… It’s a stunning collection. I pretty much want all of it! It’s rare I want so many pieces from one brand but Jigsaw have it sussed for A/W.

The collection, I’m told is inspired by the sky at night. Think cloudy effects, Ombré hues and the ever changing horizons. Cityscapes and nature against the sky at different points throughout the day and night. Burgundy, Copper, Olive, Navy, Grey and Black are constant colours running throughout the collection.

The brand is continuing its successful ‘FOR LIFE NOT LANDFILL‘ campaign, encouraging consumers to choose investment pieces that enrich your life and not just your wardrobe. Jigsaw believes in creating clothes that become wardrobe staples that you will go to year after year. This message is clear in the new collection, with the use of the highest quality fabrics and construction techniques behind every style.

Thank you so much to Cameron, Lotti and Catherine for showing me the collection and for such a fantastic afternoon!

Below are some of the stand-out pieces from the upcoming season:

The shirting options are varied from soft chambrays to micro checks. Work and play shirting, sorted!
