Finally, the Summer weather is beginning to show its glorious face in England and it’s time to start thinking about updating that wardrobe.

With the warmer weather, more outings are on the cards, meaning there’s a perfect excuse to shop!

Rather than start with the predictable shorts and hawaiian shirts, I’m going with Tailoring! That’s right, tailored pieces for those sunny days. It’s not all about chino’s and flip-flops…

Online favourite, boohooMAN have recently ventured into offering an affordable and stylish suiting collection that is perfect for those wanting to look the part without breaking the bank! Whether it’s for work, a wedding or just to wear casually, the boohooMAN collection has got it covered.

This summer I’ll be making the most out of the longer evenings now that I’m living in Brighton – cocktails on the beach with friends and boozy brunches that turn into dinners.

In keeping with my all-things-striped monika, “Boy in Breton” I went for the navy pinstripe bomber and matching trousers for a relaxed, athletic take on the tailored trend.

What particularly drew me to the pinstripe duo is the potential each piece has as a seperate. I’ve been living in the bomber jacket lately – it instantly adds an edge to any outfit, whether with a plain tshirt and distressed jeans or even with slim suit trousers and brogues. It literally works with anything and everything in my wardrobe.

The trousers look ace when worn with a chambray shirt and fresh white sneakers for a nod to the clean Scandi style that has caught on in the last couple of years.

See the photoset below to see the pieces in action and be sure to head over to boohooMAN to check out their full range available!
